What is Rapid Transformational Therapy® ?


Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) is a powerful and innovative therapeutic approach that can bring profound changes to people's lives. It combines proven methods of hypnotherapy, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), neuroscience principles and psychotherapy to provide outstanding, long-lasting results.

How Does an RTT® Session Work?

Rapid Transformational Therapy is a solution focused approach that harnesses the power of the mind.

We all have different experiences during our childhood and adult lives, which makes us who we are today. Some of these experiences can create limiting beliefs, fears and trauma.

RTT® uses hypnosis to create a calming of your mind, a relaxing of your nervous system and a feeling of deep relaxation throughout your body.

By following suggestions to relax your mind and body, the brain waves lower from Beta which is very active down to Theta which is calm and relaxed. You can only enter the relaxed state if you choose to. In this relaxed state you are fully aware and will be able to access your subconscious mind.

Once you are in this relaxed state, we will discover the root cause of your limiting beliefs and find out why and how they are affecting your life today. You will always be in control and together we will make sure you are always feeling safe and comfortable.

We will then reframe these limiting beliefs, destructive habits and traumas using the revolutionary RTT® techniques, enabling you to release old patterns of behaviour, integrate new positive thought patterns and achieve your desired goals. RTT assists with gaining clarity and understanding, which in turn leads to deep healing.

All sessions are person centred and unique. I work closely with you to provide tailored-made, personalised sessions that are specific to your individual needs. We will be working together to create long-lasting change, not just temporary change.

You will receive a personalised audio Transformational Recording from me, to listen to for 21 days. Listening to the recording for 21 days will greatly assist with reinforcing new healthy habits and behaviours.

After your session follow up support is available with me via WhatsApp, email and text.
